Merchandise Returns
How do I go about returning an item for a refund or an exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the original price of purchase, or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original order. Simply return the merchandise and the invoice in original and resalable condition for a full refund. All returns will be processed as soon as they arrive back to us. Please ship the product to us via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. We recommend that you insure the package being returned to us. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items that are returned to The Pump Connection.
Shipping is non-refundable and additional shipping charges will be applicable on exchanges. Items that are returned after 30 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Special consideration on the following products:
• The breast pumps featured for purchase on our web site have been designated by the FDA to be single-user pumps and therefore cannot be returned after the seal on the box has been opened.
• Bras cannot be returned if worn or washed. They must be in their original and complete packaging, and have all of the original tags attached.
• We cannot return any sterile or breast care products when the seal on the product has been opened.
What will happen if my product is damaged or defective?
If The Pump Connection declares the item returned defective or damaged, we will replace the item and refund any shipping charges that have incurred returning the item to us.
• Please note that many bras are to be hand washed. We cannot be responsible for damage to bras that have been machine washed or dried when instructed not to.
• If you purchased a Medela breast pump from us and it is defective, please contact Medela directly for a replacement.
